Investment and How Care is Structured
This is not spa massage. Each session is a focused, clinical treatment designed to identify and address the true drivers of pain and restore functional movement.
- Initial Session (90 minutes): $297
The initial session includes assessment, hands-on treatment, and guidance to determine what your body actually needs.
Some people experience meaningful relief from a single session.If that’s all that’s required, no further care is recommended.
In other cases—especially when pain:
- Keeps returning
- Shifts from one area to another
- Has already been treated elsewhere without lasting results
A single session is often not enough to resolve the underlying pattern.
After the initial session, one of the following is typically recommended:
- No further care, if the issue resolves
- A small number of follow-up sessions, when additional refinement is needed
- A structured 6-Week Pain-Free Reset, for more persistent or complex pain patterns
- Ongoing performance or recovery sessions, for athletes and active individuals.
I don't sell pre-set packages or open-ended care.
Recommendations are based on how your body responds—not a predetermined plan.
The 6-Week Pain-Free Reset is discussed only after the initial session, once it’s clear whether it’s the right fit.
