Next, drop into deep rest with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, gently unraveling tension and guiding your awareness into a state of lucid calm and deep restoration.

Lara Golan and Doug Ringwald are musicians, songwriters and healing facilitators.
They have both worked for decades in the fields of music, education, and health with training in many healing modalities including: ayurveda, yoga, jyotish, meditation, nutrition, bodywork, energy healing, sound healing, plant medicines, and universal shamanism.
It is their greatest pleasure to be of service, share music, and connect with other souls on the path.
I am eternally grateful for the guidance, love, compassion, and support through which you give to each and everyone in your circle.
