I feel confident moving forward on this journey and new purpose. Great energy and very hands-on teaching. I loved how the instructors met each of us where we are at. Appreciated how each instructor took time for one-on-one.

Incredible! This is by far one of the most incredible trainings that I have been to. The content is direct and accessible, and the training is incredibly efficient. From the body mechanics and doing the work to the way the material is presented, I can't wait to come back and continue learning.

What You'll Learn

Thai Bodywork Foundations + Coaching The Body® Neuromuscular Techniques

Coaching The Body® builds on centuries-old Thai Bodywork (the original stretch therapy) by incorporating insights from trigger point therapy, functional anatomy and modern pain science.

  • A full body Northern-style Thai Bodywork sequence adapted for clinical effectiveness
  • An introduction to identifying and resolving the neuromuscular sources of most pain and movement problems (scope-safe)
